Terms and conditions for renting bikes in Austin
>A valid U.S. state-issued Driver's License or I.D., credit card and signed waiver are required for all rentals. Have fun, but please don't abuse our rentals because you are accountable for any damage to the equipment (this may include a cleaning fee if the bike is returned extremely muddy).

>Sorry, we don't take reservations - all mountain bike rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Also, we do not have road, hybrid, BMX, cruiser, tandem or children's bicycles available for rental - we currently only offer mountain bikes equipped with off-road style knobby tires.

>Bicycles and frame sizes are subject to availability. Please phone ahead on the day you wish to rent if you're concerned we might not have something to fit you.

>A helmet and a lock are included with a bicycle rental at no additional charge by request. SPD-style clipless pedals or platform pedals equipped with clips & straps are also available at no additional charge.

>If local trails are closed due to rain, we do not make rental bikes available until they re-open.
